Solano County Older and Disabled Adult Services provides access to programs intended to support safety, independent living, and well-being. The department includes Adult Protective Services, In-Home Supportive Services, the Public Guardian’s Office, Public Authority, and coordination with the Napa/Solano Area Agency on Aging.
