The organization serves Rio Vista and surrounding Lower Sacramento Delta communities through behavioral health counseling, substance use support, youth and family services, and Family Resource Center resources.<\/p>\n<p>Rio Vista CARE was founded in 1985 as a grassroots community effort responding to the need for professional counseling and substance use services for local children and families.
